Brian Welsh, MBA

Brian Welsh serves as the operations and practice management lead at All-Heart Wellness, supporting the delivery of coordinated, ethical, and patient-centered mental health care. He works closely with clinical providers to ensure systems, workflows, and patient experiences are clear, consistent, and supportive from first contact through ongoing care.

Brian brings a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare operations, business management, and systems design. He holds an MBA and applies both formal training and practical experience to align clinical care with sustainable practice operations, including scheduling systems, insurance navigation, compliance, and process improvement.
​
His approach has been shaped by diverse professional experiences, including service as a military veteran and early work in service-oriented settings. He has also worked with individuals with special needs, reinforcing the importance of patience, adaptability, and systems that meet people where they are.

Brian approaches practice management with a practical, patient-centered mindset. He values transparency, thoughtful problem-solving, and building structures that allow clinicians to focus on high-quality care while reducing unnecessary friction for patients.

Originally from the metro Philadelphia and South Jersey region, Brian relocated to Durango in 2007 to pursue a life grounded in community, learning, and the outdoors. He is a longtime ski instructor and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, cycling, and spending time in the surrounding mountains and desert landscapes. Outside of work, he enjoys live music and time spent with his dog Sana and kitty Ruxi, This balance reflects his appreciation for connection and presence.
