Colorado Medical Marijuana Card Evaluations

Colorado Medical Marijuana Evaluations at All-Heart Wellness are provided through a structured clinical process to assess eligibility under state guidelines for individuals seeking alternative options to help manage qualifying medical conditions.

What Is a Colorado Medical Marijuana Evaluation?

A Colorado Medical Marijuana Evaluation is a clinical assessment conducted by a licensed medical provider to determine whether an individual meets state-defined criteria for participation in the Colorado Medical Marijuana Program.

The evaluation focuses on reviewing medical history, qualifying conditions, and relevant documentation to assess eligibility. Certification decisions are made in accordance with Colorado regulations and clinical judgment.

Our Approach

At All-Heart Wellness, medical marijuana evaluations are approached with the same care, professionalism, and responsibility applied to all clinical services.

Our approach emphasizes:

  • State-compliant clinical evaluation

  • Clear education and informed discussion

  • Thoughtful review of medical history and symptoms

  • Respect for patient autonomy and decision-making

Medical marijuana is not presented as a cure or guaranteed solution, but as a potential option that may be explored when appropriate.

Qualifying Conditions in Colorado

Under Colorado law, individuals may qualify for medical marijuana certification for certain medical conditions, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Chronic pain

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD

  • Trauma-related symptoms

  • Autism spectrum disorder

  • Other qualifying medical conditions as defined by the state

Eligibility is determined through clinical evaluation and review of supporting information.

Important Considerations

Medical marijuana certification is not automatic and may not be appropriate for everyone. Certain medical, psychiatric, or substance-related factors may affect eligibility.

Additional considerations include:

  • Certification does not guarantee symptom relief

  • Use must comply with Colorado laws and regulations

  • Medical marijuana or any THC product is NOT dispensed by our clinic

  • Ongoing care decisions remain the responsibility of the patient and their providers

These topics are reviewed throughout the entire process to support informed decision-making.
